How many people can stay in a Premier Suite, Junior Suite, Classic Suite, Studio,Deluxe Plus, and Deluxe?
These room and suites can service upto 2 people per room. However, a child under twelve is welcome in Premier Suite without extra charge.

How many people can stay in a Presidential and Executive Suite?
Executive Suite B services upto 3 adults while Executive Suite A and Presidential Suite service upto 4 adults. However, a child under twelve is welcome without extra charge.

What about security?
PR Place has round-the-clock security guards. Only those who are eligible for the electronic coded key card can entered the building. PR Place is also equipped with closed-circuit TV. Moreover, the premises are located not only on the main Ratchaprarop Road, but also 100 meters from an official government building. The location is as safe as anywhere.

What about transportation?
PR Place is located in the Pratunam area. Pratunam is one of Thailand's most famous shopping and business districts, very convenient for transport by taxi, tuk-tuk, bus, air-condition bus, etc. Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link Station is only 30 meters away. Guests can normally find a taxi within 30 seconds after leaving the building. (Please ask our staff to get a taxi for you.

Can I use the unlimited Hi-Speed Internet from my room?
Of course. The convenience of our guests is our first priority. We therefore make the phone line in every room accessible to the Internet (surcharge 500THB/Month or 50THB/Day).

Can I bring my cat?
PR Place is famous for its quiet environment. In order to preserve its popularity, PR Place does not allow all kind of pets in the building.

Are there any points of interests nearby?
Yes. PR Place is situated in the heart of Bangkok business areas. There are many places worth visiting. Baiyok Sky (the tallest building in Thailand) and Pratunam Garment Market are just a stone's throw away. The famous Four-Face Buddha is only 10 minutes away from us. The well-known Bangkok Central World Plaza is across the street from the Four-Face Buddha. Siam Square, Siam Paragon, and Siam Discovery Center ("the shoppers' paradise") are only 15 minutes away. There are also many more interesting places nearby, such as Suan Pak Kard Palace, Victory Monument, the National Stadium, the Jim Thomson Museum, Chulalongkorn University - all within 20 minutes from us.

How far is PR Place from the Airport?
PR Place is only 30 meters from Ratchaprarop Airport RailLink Station. Our tenants should be able to buy a train ticket to Suvarnabumi Airport within 3 minutes after leaving PR Place. The train will take approximately 25 minutes to the Airport. (Airport Rail Link Train will operate August 2010)

Do you have laundry services?
In addition to maid service (see below), PR Place provides residents with self-service washers and dryers. The cost is very minimal (30-40 baht per load depending on the size of the washer and the dryer you select).

Can I book the room now?
Certainly! You can book via the Reservation Form. Your booking will be confirmed to the email address you provide within 24 hours.

Is there any maid service?
You bet! PR Place offers room-cleaning services. Rate starts at 450 THB per time depending on your room size and type. The maid will clean your room, bathroom and balcony, as well as change the linen. The dining-set, dressing mirror and side-table will also be taken care of. Remarks : This service only applied to monthly rental. For daily rental, the maid service is free of charge.

Is the place crowed or noisy?
The management can personally guarantee that privacy of each and every of PR Place tenants is protected. We carry strong policy on preserving peaceful and quiet environment.
